- We are experienced agents in a Family-owned, full-service Real Estate office. We offer a complete marketing plan, with the extra advantage to a Seller of flexible commissions and terms.
- Well, obviously, we would like your business. And, let's face it, not all real estate transactions require the same amount of time and effort on our part. We are willing to give you a break on commission when the transaction either involves Prest Realty representing both sides (so we KNOW it is all done right), or when you bring us a buyer and we represent either both sides, or only you as the Seller.
- And we are SO confident that you will be happy with our service, that we offer you the ability to cancel the listing with our office if you aren't happy.
What makes our office different?
- Several things. We (Les and Leslie, the Owners) have almost 40 years experience between us in residential real estate. We are both Brokers (requires twice as much training as just the agent level), and we own our own company. Being Owners, we can make sure that transactions are done the way they should be done. We are an "all-family" office, with the only other agents being Les' brother, Willie (also a Broker), and our eldest son, Patrick (a young agent, who will assist us).
- We are competent, friendly, and available. We WILL return your calls, we are reachable by phone, e-mail, fax, or in person. The main complaints we hear from clients (about other Agents) is "they didn't listen", and "I couldn't get ahold of them". You will NOT have these problems with us.
- We have a large and visible presence on the internet. We will have your listing, not just on the MLS, but also on many web sites (our own, PrestRealty.com and PaysonAZHomesforSale.com, and several others). We feel that the internet is where most buyers of any product start looking. And we want them to see your house.
Will we list just ANY Property?
- No, we want to list the BEST properties. But "best" doesn't necessarily mean "most expensive". We want to work with Sellers who really want their house to sell, and are willing to do what is necessary to make their property STAND OUT in the current market. This may be as simple as following a few basic suggestions for prepping your home for a sale (most people don't do even these) or it may be as complicated as "staging" your home, if you want to really make your home special. It may be pricing the home exactly right for your price range. It may be giving incentives to buyers. We can help you evaluate your property, how best to get it ready to sell, and how to get it the attention to get it sold.
