- If you aren't satisfied that we are doing our job you may cancel at any time up to Prest Realty bringing you a buyer whose offer you accept.
Flexible Commissions
- 6% of sales price if the buyer is represented by an agent from another office (we represent you as Seller, and the other office represents the buyer and shares in the commission).
- 4% if Prest Realty brings the buyer (we represent both you AND the buyer, with your permission, as dual agents).
- 2% if you find the buyer (not represented by, or having seen the house with, a real estate agent) and you want us to handle your side of the sale (we represent only you- the buyer is unrepresented).
Sell your House Yourself
- If you find a buyer for your property (not represented by, or having seen the house with, a real estate agent) and don't wish our help with the sale then you owe us nothing.
