Most of our rentals require a deposit of the rent amount plus $200. NOT a last month's rent, it IS totally refundable if the property is left clean and in good order. Pets are allowed in many properties, properties without a fenced yard allow only small pets. In most cases, a $100 refundable pet deposit is required. We exclude pit bulls, rotweillers, and chows, akitas, and wolf hybrids.
