Rental Policies and Procedures
The information on this application is necessary to determine your suitability as a tenant. The application must be filled out completely. Failure to fill out this application completely may result in a denial of the application. If you feel a question does not apply state the reason, do not leave the question blank. False statements made on this application may result in dis-approval of this and any future applications for housing which we manage.
All references given may be contacted. You must give current, accurate contact information for both employment and personal references. Applications will not be approved if we cannot contact former landlord/mortgage holder. Applications may not be approved if we cannot contact other references or verify information.
No prospective tenant will be approved for occupancy of a rental until this application has been processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of any unit you may have seen. Applica-tions will be processed in a timely manner, however we have no control over when references are available for contact. Filling out the information as completely and as accurately as possible will speed the process.
I have read and understand the above terms and procedures. I authorize Prest Realty Property Management to contact references given in this application, and to obtain information regarding credit history, rental history, criminal record, other confidential information applicable to approval as a tenant from any source necessary.
