There are a large number of rentals available in Payson. We manage over 100. Scroll down for our availables. Prices range from $395 and up for a one bedroom apartment to $1600 for a large site-built home. Most of our properties are 2 bedroom, in the range of $650 to $800; and 3 bedroom, in the range of $750 to $950.

Most of our rentals require a deposit of the rent amount plus $200. This IS NOT a last month's rent, but is purely a deposit. It IS, however, totally refundable if the property is left clean and in good order. Pets are allowed in most properties, however the properties without a fenced yard probably allow only small pets. Pets will require a higher security/cleaning deposit. Prest Realty restricts the type of dog allowed; excluding pit bulls, rotweillers, chows, akitas, and wolf hybrids.

The first step in renting through Prest Realty is filling out a tenant application. These are now available to be filled out on-line (a page with signatures must still be faxed or mailed to us, electronic signatures are not valid in Arizona) or printed out and then mailed or faxed to us.
